Mid-Call Continuity & Overage Policy
- Free Community Rooms: Rooms without a Host Key support up to 10 concurrent participants and a 60-minute wall-clock ceiling at $0 cost.
- Zero-Drop Mid-Call Overage (+20%): If your wallet reaches $0.00 during an active billed call, the room enters Overage (`+20%` surcharge, `2000` bps) for up to 60 minutes. Once the overage window elapses or per-host/dispute limits apply, edge admissions close (`edges_closed`) to new attendees while still allowing the host and active 10-minute roster members to reconnect.
- 60-Minute Overage Grace & 15-Minute Cap Deadline: Overage continues for up to 60 minutes (or $25.00 absorbed ceiling). Once capped, an in-call banner gives a final 15-minute wrap-up countdown (`min(room_started_at + 8h, cap_hit_at + 15m)`).
- 30-Day Untouched Lot Refund: Completely untouched top-up lots (`remaining == net`) can be refunded self-serve within 30 days of purchase.
